Helen Koulianos Jones’ love of nature began with her Indiana childhood, in a yard filled with flowers, fruit trees, grape vines and birds. A graduate of Indiana State University with a merchandising degree, Helen had four watercolor lessons while living in Atlanta, GA in 1983. Celebrities, banks, corporations, hospitals, designers and homeowners began commissioning her art and her business began.
Helen’s travels to the Greek Islands, France, Canada, and the Caribbean have inspired her artwork. An extraordinarily versatile and detailed artist, Helen’s mediums are watercolor, oil, acrylic, ink, charcoal and pencil. Her subjects include florals, wildlife, landscapes, still lives, wall murals, automobiles, pet portraits and architecture. The artist currently resides in Chattanooga, TN, and enjoys working with designers, individuals and corporations throughout the United States.
